You need to think about the users that have dial-up, like me. I had to turn it off and on to get it to work.

You killed the writer that fucked up the last part, good. But you need to work on the background, but at 20.4 MB, it really isn't a current problem.

The animation needs a MAJOR overhaul, and frankly, you cannot draw with a mouse. Do not worry, barely anyone can.
